Alsace—that tiny area of France that has a split personality. For many years it was French and then for years it was German, then back to French. The German influence lingers in everything except the wines. Many of the Alsatian wines have the same name as those made in Germany yet their taste profile are worlds apart. You will have an opportunity to taste the difference in a German Riesling and a French Riesling along with tasting other Alsatian wines and food pairings. $75 per person
