Join the Wheaton Chamber Ambassador Club as we welcome Frances Melin, owner of Amore Francesca Salon & Spa and her staff to the Chamber with a Ribbon Cutting.
The salon is celebrating it's one-year anniversary on Valentine's Day, and is offering half-priced haircuts on February 13th and 14th. The Glancer also will be covering the anniversary on their Community News page under "Congratulations."
