Event Description Everybody talks about change but what is it really? This workshop answers this question. Change is uncertain, challenging, frightening, thrilling yet doable. Participants will be put on the edge of their own learning curve. You must react in the here-and-now. You will also learn the difference between Prepared vs. Ready. Prepared for what you imagine will happen and ready for what actually does. Fun on the surface, CHanj is play with deeper meaning. Presenter: Richard Oberbruner.
