Through story and song, meet Phillis Wheatley, America's first African American poet. Relive the Boston Massacre through the eyes of Crispus Attucks? wife. Join Sojourner Truth and Harriet Tubman as they look back over their lives. Rejoice with Gwendolyn Brooks, recipient of the Pulitzer Prize for poetry and a former Illinois Poet Laureate.
