Jonathan Blanchard Cook Oratorical Contest

Event Description The Annual Jonathan Blanchard Cook Oratorical Contest will take place. The contest is a persuasive speaking competition open to all Wheaton undergraduate students. After an open audition, five Wheaton student finalists are chosen to give their 10-minute persuasive speech and vie for a monetary award of $350. The contest is a unique opportunity for the cultivation and testing of skill, plus, the speeches are entertaining and provocative for the audience.
