Annual Wheaton Chamber Volunteer Awards Luncheon

Hospitality:  generous and friendly treatment of visitors and guests.

The word hospitality also describes our many volunteers who throughout the year generously give their time and talents to make the Wheaton Chamber one of the most sought out chambers to join. So how appropriate that this month we will be having our luncheon at the newly opened College of DuPage Culinary & Hospitality Center - Waterleaf Restaurant. 

 

They wil be preparing:

Tossed Wild Baby Green with a Roasted Shallot & Sherry Vinaigrette
Vegetable Julienne & Tear Drop Tomatoes
 
Roasted Chicken Breast
Rosemary Potatoes, Tear Drop Confit Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Tomato & Capers Fondue
 
Bourbon Raisin Bread Pudding
Bourbon Sauce & White Chocolate Ice Cream
