Re-Envisioning the Second Half of Life

Date: April 25, 2014 - April 26, 2014
Event Description

The second half of life is sometimes dismissed as a life that is done, when in reality, the second half of life is full of inner-wisdom and the ability to offer a deeper appreciation for this one chance to give our own human expression of God -- one that we can pass onto our children, grandchildren, family and others.

Cultivating wisdom (sage-ing) is an ongoing process that associates the second half of life with self-development, learning and spiritual growth. In this retreat, we invite people in their second half of life to get in touch with their inner-voice and uncover the obstacles of trusting that wisdom.

The process enables people to find validation, self-worth and meaning from within, combininginsights from the Sage-ing Circle framework and elements of contemporary Christian spirituality.

Please bring a journal for writing.
