Event Description REDUCE STRESS THROUGH MEDITATION (February 25th 10:30-12:00) The value of meditation to explore the "mind-body" relationship has been recognized in many traditional cultures. The interplay between the mind and the body can be explained by the understanding of the ?subtle system? - the system of energies that defines our health and personality. The "subtle system" and its state of "internal balance and harmony" can be intrinsically linked to a state of positive health or well being.
