Small Groups are a great way to easily access the expertise and guidance of a personal trainer for your overall fitness program. In fact, training with others adds new levels of accountability and motivation, leading to greater results. You'll still get individual attention yet have a team supporting you and helping you reach your goals! 

New Small Group Schedule - You can "mix and match" to meet your schedule!

  • 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Monday, Thursday, Saturday (Levels II/III)
  • 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Women's Small Group)
  • 10:00 a.m. Weekdays (2-3 times) (Interested? Forming now.)
