Event Description
With autumn in full swing, Wheaton's Gary United Methodist Church will
be getting into the October spirit with its second annual "Trunk or
Treat" on Sunday, October 23. The event, to be held in the church
parking lot from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, will offer kids a fun and safe
alternative to door-to-door trick or treating. Treats will be served
from the trunks of church members' awesomely-decorated vehicles, and
free games, food and more will be available. Trunk or Treat will be
open to the public, and costumes, which should be church-friendly, are
encouraged. Gary Church is located just steps from downtown Wheaton at
224 N. Main Street.
