Volunteer Tutor Orientation for Literacy DuPage

Event Description Help change someone's future...become an adult literacy tutor today! Literacy DuPage, in partnership with Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, is offering a volunteer tutor orientation to teach individuals like you to assist adults by providing one-to-one and small group tutoring at a time and place convenient for you and the adult learner. No teaching background or second language is required. You will be trained to customize lessons focusing on everyday life skills needed in an English-speaking world.
