Wheaton Center for Early Christian Studies Lecture

Event Description The Wheaton Center for Early Christian Studies (WCECS) presents a lecture by Father John Behr, titled "Synchronic and Diachronic Harmony: Saint Irenaeus on Divine Simplicity." Father Behr is the Dean of St. Vladimir's Seminary and Professor of Patristics, teaching courses in patristics, dogmatics, and scriptural exegesis at the seminary, and also at Fordham University, where he is the Distinguished Lecturer in Patristics. It is sponsored in partnership with The Center for Scriptural Exegesis, Philosophy, and Doctrine and is part of a colloquium hosted on campus titled "The Perfectly Simple God?" held on March 19 and 20.


Event Location This lecture takes place at Wheaton College, in Barrows Auditorium, located east wing of the Billy Graham Center at 500 College Avenue in Wheaton.
