Mental Health Clinician

Requirements:

  • LCPC/LCSW/LMFT (Licensed in Illinois)

    • (or) LPC/LSW (Still Apply! We provide supervision.)

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.

  • Experience working independently is preferred but not required.

  • We love multilingual applicants!

Details:

  • 1099 status (Not W-2).

  • Expected Caseload: To start, 2-3. Then we promote you on our social media to help drive up your caseload.

  • In-person (Wheaton) and/or Telehealth hybrid options (Illinois only).

  • Free access to our Continued Education Course Library after 30 days.

  • Our dedicated Billing Manager will handle your billing and insurance claims.

Compensation:

Practice-wide private-pay rate of $125 per session hour.

Individual pay rate per-session percentage determined by qualifications below (both Private Pay and Insurance Pay):

Bilingual LPC/LSW 57.5%

LCPC/LCSW/LMFT 65.0%

Bilingual LCPC/LCSW/LMFT 67.5%
