Theresa Nihill is the Executive Director at Metropolitan Family Services in Wheaton, where she has worked for nearly 30 years.
She has balanced her demanding work life with her equally full personal life. Thirty years ago, she married her high school sweetheart, Tom. They were both raised in Wheaton and graduated from Wheaton Central. Together they have 2 daughters, Kaitie, who is 22, and Erin, a 21 year-old college student. Kaitie suffers from autism and a seizure disorder, and attended Jefferson Eary Childhood Center, Bower, Wiesbrook, and Clare Woods Academy.
