Donations Needed for October 1 Backpack Event

Dear Community Member,
My name is Michelle Watkins, President & CEO of Abundant Children & Family Services Agency. We are a Non Profit 501©3 IRS tax exempt organization located at 416 East Roosevelt Road, Suite 101B, Wheaton, IL 60187. We care for children and families in poverty and below the federal poverty guidelines and we need your help in the community.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 1:00PM – 3:00PM at our 1st Annual Free Back-To-School event. We are in great need of “Back Packs” filled with school supplies and masks. All of your donations are tax deductible. We are in NEED of 100 or more new “Back Packs” filled with school supplies and masks for the children in our community. Can you please collaborate and partner with us and help us provide for our children in the community? We would like to come to you or you can drop off at our office “Back Packs” filled with school supplies and masks and any other items you can donate to give to the children in our community.
Families are really in great need during this Covid-19 Pandemic time. We don’t know how or when school will start again; however, we want our children to be ready. Please join us in meeting the needs of our children in the community. What days and times would be good for you to allow us to pick up or you drop off needed items for the children in our community?
