Buildout Begins to Expand Town Square Wheaton Restaurant Offering with
Addition of 302 South

WHEATON, Ill. (July 22, 2021): Town Square Wheaton, the mixed-use lifestyle center centrally located in Wheaton, Ill., announced today work has begun in the Center Circle Courtyard area of the property to prepare for the upcoming arrival of the center’s newest restaurant.

302 Wheaton, the celebrated, locally-owned eatery with a winning reputation for mouthwatering burgers, cold craft brews, bourbons and good times, will soon open a second location -- to be known as 302 South -- choosing Town Square Wheaton for its expansion.

302 South will occupy the 2,443 square foot space across from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Center Circle Courtyard at the property.

“As demolition work is now underway, we anticipate a 302 South grand opening in the fourth quarter and are already working on celebratory grand opening plans we will announce as the date grows near,” Schlickman said. “In the meantime, we are looking forward to not only expanding but joining the Town Square Wheaton family where ownership’s dedication to the property is proving successful to create a new cornerstone of community.”
