As a Certified Mortgage Advisor™, David understands how to build a mortgage solution that’s perfect for each buyer’s unique needs.  In 2022, he joined UMortgage, a growing and award-winning mortgage brokerage with a shared vision of creating life-changing opportunities through homeownership.  David lives in Winfield, IL with his wife Allison, son Calvin, and their jack Russell terrier-yorkie mix Posey.

A former SVP with extensive experience in corporate strategy, cross-functional collaboration and leadership roles across various companies in food service retail. He has lived in nearby Naperville, IL for 10 years. Besides the fundamentals of business, Ray strongly values integrity and a strong work ethic. He has a MBA from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. and a marketing degree from DePaul University. His career is marked by a passion for leading teams, managing budgets, forecasting and fostering strategic partnerships. He is now the Owner and President, Transworld Business Advisors of Schaumburg which stretches from Hoffman Estates down to Wheaton. The innovative model assigns teams of brokers to work for buyers or sellers of businesses and franchises. They evaluate businesses for sale or purchase and locate and research potential buyers and sellers. Ray is in the business of helping buyers and sellers connect, from business brokerage to mergers and acquisitions.

Hi, I’m Connie Luce, owner of Luxe Ducts. I grew up right here in Wheaton -attended Franklin Middle School and graduated from Wheaton North -so being part of this community truly means a lot to me.

I own Luxe Ducts, a woman-owned, Certified Indoor Air Quality company specializing in air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and carpet cleaning for homes and businesses across Chicagoland. With so many unqualified companies out there, I’m big on doing things the right way -following proper IAQ standards, using the right equipment, and providing clear documentation. No shortcuts.

Most of our work comes from long-term relationships with HVAC companies, property managers, and business owners who value quality and trust. I love connecting with fellow chamber members, supporting local businesses, and building strong partnerships. Always happy to grab coffee, catch up, and see how we can support each other.
